(i) Ahamsa :- not to inflict pain on any body by thought, word or deed.
(ii) Satya :- the benevolent use of mind and word welfare of others.
(iii) Asteya :- Non-stealing – thought, word and deed.
(iv) Brahmacarya :- Ideation of supreme consciousness keep in mind.
(v) Aparigraha :- excepting minimum necessities of life.
NIYAMA :
(i) Shaucha :- Purity of body , mind and surrounding
(ii) Santosh :- Maintain of mental ease and equipoise in all condition.
(iii) Tapah :- To remove suffering others through service and sacrifice.
(iv) Svadhyaya :- To understand the meaning of spiritual matter.
(v) Ishvara Pranidhan :- To accept God only goal of life.
ASANA :
(i) Sthira sukham Asanam – yoga exercise is a posture of physical
comfort and mental composure .

(iii) Control the emotion
(iv) Protect from attack of any disease

DHYAN :
Continuous flow of mind towards its object of ideation is Dhyan.
(i) For dhyan the object of ideation should be spiritual entity , and
approach is psycho- spiritual.
SAMADHI :
Samadhi is a stage of complete absorption of mind in its object of ideation
